Manchester United have made Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp their prime target as successor to under-fire David Moyes.
Moyes’ debut season in charge at Old Trafford has been nothing short of a disaster as it looks increasingly likely that United will miss out on Champions League football.
And according to the Express, reports in Germany suggest that Klopp has been touted as a possible replacement.
Publically, Moyes has been backed by the hierarchy and promised a large transfer kitty in the summer to have a major haul of the squad.
However is job may not as secure as people think and United could move for Klopp before another club snaps him up.
The charismatic Dortmund boss has turned around the clubs fortunes after guiding them to the Champions League final last season.
In his six seasons at the club, he has won two Bundesliga titles and the DFB-Pokal.
United have Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this weekend.
